About the Role

Oversee the Birth Center and Labor & Delivery unit, ensuring safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns while managing daily operations, staffing, and patient flow.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, staffing, and patient flow.
• Ensure delivery of safe, evidence-based care for mothers and newborns.
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff.
• Oversee budgets and resource allocation.
• Drive quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and whole-person care.
• Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and ancillary teams to ensure exceptional birth experiences.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in a maternity or labor and delivery setting.
• Strong clinical knowledge of obstetric and neonatal care.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate care.
