RN - (M-F Dayshift)

About the role

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in 1:1 home care, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to clients in the Huntingdon area. This position offers the opportunity to provide focused, individualized care in a home setting.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, dayshift. Truly flexible scheduling with full-time, part-time, and PRN options available. No overtime required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care and nursing scope of practice, while closely monitoring progress and recovery
• Assess and document patient conditions, including vitals, blood/stool/urine, glucose, etc., and report changes as needed
• Administer medication, insulin, and IV fluids with thorough documentation
• Inspect and care for wounds, change dressings, and assist with personal hygiene
• Assess patients for further injuries, infections, bedsores, etc., and deliver appropriate treatments
• Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements

• Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state associated with this position
• Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation to and from care sites and work locations

Qualifications

• Practical trach and/or ventilator experience preferred, but not required
