Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) in a long-term care and post-acute rehabilitation community. Responsibilities: Assess residents' health needs and develop personalized care plans.Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.Support residents' dignity, comfort, and independence in a faith-based, mission-driven environment.Mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and ensure accurate documentation.Participate in quality and safety initiatives to maintain high standards of care.
