RN – LTC – Groton, SD - URGENT (Travel/Local)

About the role

Facility: Avantara Groton, located at 1106 N 2nd St, Groton, SD 57445. This is a Long-Term Care / Nursing Home setting. Assignment: Travel contract with Prime Time Healthcare for 13 weeks. Shift: Days – Variable, 12‑hour shifts, 36 hours per week. Overtime may be available some weeks but cannot be guaranteed.

Responsibilities

• Long‑Term Care / Nursing Home setting
• Day shifts with variable scheduling
• 36 hours/week
• 12‑hour shifts
• Computerized charting
• Competent with electronic MARs for medication administration
• Competent performing blood draws
• Nurses may wear any color scrubs per facility approval

Requirements

• Active South Dakota RN license or applicable Compact RN license
• Recent LTC/SNF nursing experience
• Experience with computerized charting and electronic MARs
• Competent with blood draws
• BLS – Required
• Nursing degree/education required

Pay

Pay rate: $46–$48/hour. Estimated weekly pay: $1,656–$1,728/week. Additional overtime may be available depending on facility needs.
