Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced and compassionate FULL TIME Wound Care RN/LPN to support our residents’ healing journeys.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide wound care following established Standards of Nursing Practice
- Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Document assessments, treatments, and progress thoroughly and accurately
- Participate in performance improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team processes
- Educate residents, families, and staff on wound care prevention and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory guidelines
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) or LPN license in Georgia
- Wound care experience strongly preferred
- Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
