About the role
Weekend-only schedule (no weekdays) in a skilled nursing / long-term care (SNF) setting. Shifts available:
- Night: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Day: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Premium weekend pay plus shift differential. Predictable, consistent set schedule every week.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor residents and report condition changes
- Supervise CNAs
- Document in EMR (PCC preferred)
- Ensure compliance with care standards
Requirements
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license
- CPR / BLS certification
- Strong teamwork and clinical judgment
