Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) $1,500 Sign On Bonus!

Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) & Registered Nurses (RNs) for a weekday evening shift position. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer afternoon/evening hours with their weekends free, while still working in a stable, resident-focused skilled nursing environment.

Schedule

• Weekdays only (Monday-Friday)
• 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Evenings — no rotating shifts
• Weekends off

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable)
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in shift reports and hand-offs
• Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately

Requirements

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license (required)
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• 1-2 years of skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
• PointClickCare (PCC) experience a plus
