RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for positions in Belen, NM and surrounding areas. Since 2000, the organization has provided care to medically fragile clients nationwide, guided by the values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS).

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as directed by physicians and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

Requirements

• Active RN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression on patients and families.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time shifts available, including days, nights, and weekends; shift lengths of 8, 10, 12, or 16 hours.
