RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Make a Difference Beyond One Shift – Angels of Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide 1:1 in-home care for medically fragile children in Palm Coast, FL and surrounding areas.

About the Role

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting
• Administer medications and treatments
• Assess patient condition
• Educate families and caregivers
• Follow plan of care

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license (FL)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred Qualifications

• Pediatric home health experience
• Trach and/or ventilator experience

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities
• Flexible scheduling based on availability
• 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available

Pay

Pay Range: $28-$32/hr
