RN / LPN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Albuquerque, NM and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we prioritize our values of Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct on-going patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patient.

Requirements

Active RN license (new grads welcome, training provided!)
Provide care in a client home setting
Ability to make a positive and lasting impression!

Qualifications

• Experience in home health care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of pediatric care and home health protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in computer systems and software.

Pay

Schedule
