LPN / RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Taylorsville, NC and surrounding areas. Since 2000, we’ve cared for the medically fragile community nationwide, guided by our values: Heart, Advocacy, Love, Outreach, and Speed (#HALOS).

About the role

Angels of Care nurses provide direct, one-on-one medical care in the patient’s home, making a tangible difference in the lives of patients and their families. Full-time and part-time shifts (days, nights, and weekends) are available.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of adult patients in their home according to the active plan of care, as directed by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among healthcare providers.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect and improve quality of care.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (new graduates welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.

Pay

• LPN: $28–$33 per hour
• RN: $30–$35 per hour
