About the role

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Winter Haven, FL and surrounding areas. Founded in 2000, we are dedicated to providing high-quality home health care for medically fragile individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate and skilled care in client homes
• Adhere to medical protocols and standards
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and families

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a nursing program
• Experience in home health care preferred
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
