About the role

Manatee Springs Care & Rehabilitation, a 120-bed facility located in Bradenton, Florida, is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses (LPNs/LVNs) to join their Weekend Program with Increased Pay.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to residents on the weekend shift, including administering medication
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
• Monitor and report any changes in resident condition to the healthcare team and nursing administration
• Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and contribute to the development of patient care plans

Qualifications

• Current licensure as an RN or LPN/LVN in the state of Florida
• Experience in long-term care or rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
