Complete Care at Fair Lawn Edge, a leading Long-term Care/Rehab facility in Paterson, NJ, is seeking a dedicated RN/LPN Unit Manager to oversee a team of professionals and maintain the highest standards of care.

Schedule

• Full-time, 8-hour shift
• 1 weekend per month

Compensation

$85,000 to $95,000 based on licensure and experience

Requirements

• Valid/Active RN/LPN License in the state of NJ
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Unit Manager in Long-term Care
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• PointClickCare computer savvy
• People-oriented and able to multitask
