Requirements for Nurse Unit Manager: Graduate of an accredited school of nursingCurrent, unencumbered licensure as an RN or LPN in MassachusettsCurrent CPR certificationTwo (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting.
