The primary purpose of this Registered Nurse - Licensed Practical Nurse job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations that govern our facility and as may be required by the Director or Charge Nurse to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to the residents, including medication administration, patient assessments, and completing all documentation.
- Direct day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility.
- Ensure that the written policies and procedures that govern the date-to-day functions of the nursing service department are followed by all nursing personnel assigned to you.
- Cooperate with other resident services when coordinating nursing services to ensure that the residents’ total regimen of care is maintained.
- Ensure that all nursing service personnel are following their respective job descriptions.
- Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, documentation in Keane etc. as necessary.
- Participate in the development, maintenance, and implementation of the facility's quality assurance program for the nursing service department.
- Aid in planning the nursing services portion of the residents discharge plan as necessary.
- Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required.
Requirements
- Current RN or LPN license in the State of NH.
- Compassionate, empathetic, encouraging, and have a calming demeanor with an abundance of patience to help residents maintain dignity.

- Sign-On Bonus: $7,500 FT (3-11 pm shift), $5,000 FT, $4,000 PT (3-11 pm shift), $2,500 PT.

Pay
- Starting at $38-46/hour based on license, shift and experience.
Schedule
- Consistent and flexible schedules with guaranteed hours.
- Daytime, Evening Shift, Night Shift.
- 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am, 12-hour and 16-hour shifts also available.
- 3-11 shift differential increased to $5 hourly for weekdays (Mon-Fri) and $8 hourly for weekends (Sat-Sun).
