RN/LPN

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to the residents of Stella Maris.
• Implements the nursing process to identify residents/patients’ needs, using the interdisciplinary team approach to supply appropriate interventions.
• Provides direct care to residents in accordance with facility standards and standards of nursing practice.
• Maintains proper documentation in the patient health record to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Monitors residents/patients’ physical/mental status on an ongoing basis, responding to clinical changes and emergency situations.
• Communicates clearly and professionally with staff, residents, medical practitioners, and family members.
• Serves as a role model for all members of the care team by answering resident call lights.
• Provides both physical and emotional support to patients by honoring the patient and family with compassion and care.

Requirements

• RN or LPN licensure in the State of Maryland.
• Current Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Prior experience in Long Term Care preferred.

Qualifications

• Min USD $36.25/Hr.
• Max USD $55.80/Hr.
