RN/LPN

About the role

We are seeking compassionate weekend RN/LPNs to join our team. We offer various shift options including a 16/24 Status position and a 24/36 Status position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel assigned to the unit.
• RN’s will comply with all pharmaceutical policies, assess residents and make appropriate interventions, participate in care planning process, ensure care plan implementation, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage resident care in a respectful and dignified manner, and work effectively in a team environment.
• LPN’s will comply with all pharmaceutical policies, observe residents and make appropriate interventions, assist with the development and communication of resident care plans, comply with standards of professional documentation, communicate and manage resident care in a dignified and respectful manner.

Requirements

• Current RN/LPN license in the State of Wisconsin.

Skills

Compassion, strong communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team environment, and adherence to pharmaceutical policies are essential skills.

Pay

Competitive wage with an additional $12 per hour for RNs committing to 72-80 hours per pay period and an additional $10 per hour for LPNs committing to 72-80 hours per pay period. A $4,000 Sign On Bonus for LPNs and a $5,000 Sign On Bonus for RNs contingent on 64 committed hours worked per pay period.

Schedule

• First shift (6AM-2PM)
• Third shift (10PM-6AM)
• 16/24 Status (3 weekends per month, increased rate of pay)
• 24/36 Status (3 weekends per month with a Friday or Monday shift attachment, increased rate of pay)
