About the Role

Pediatric Home Service (PHS) has helped children with medical complexities receive care at home for more than 35 years. As a PHS nurse, you provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in home and school settings, building lasting relationships with patients and families.

• Location: Jefferson County — Arnold (63010), Festus (63028), St. Louis (63129)
• Schedule: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN opportunities available
• Shifts: Days, Nights, Evenings, and Weekends
• Patient Population: Children and young adults with tracheostomies, ventilators, and G-tubes

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and prescribed therapies
• Provide tracheostomy, ventilator, airway, and G-tube care as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and support families through education
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment

Pay

• Night Shift Differential (7 nights/week, 7 p.m.–7 a.m.): +$2.00/hour
• Saturday/Sunday Shift Differential (Saturday 12 a.m.–Monday 12 a.m.): +$2.00/hour
