Specialties

• Pediatric Care: Children with tracheostomies, ventilators, seizure disorders, and other complex medical needs.
• Adult Care: Individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents facing injuries such as spinal cord damage, TBI, orthopedic injuries, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care (trach/vent care, medication administration, catheter care, etc.)
• Monitor and document vitals, symptoms, and changes in condition
• Assist with ADLs such as repositioning, hygiene, mobility, etc.
• Support patient well-being with compassionate and attentive care
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the healthcare team

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN license in the state of Michigan
• Experience in home health, private duty, or long-term care preferred
• Pediatric or adult care experience a plus (trach/vent knowledge helpful but not required)
• Strong communication skills and a passion for patient-centered care

Schedule

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts available (Day, Night, and Weekend shifts)

About the Role

We have immediate needs for private duty nurses (RNs or LPNs) in the Wixom area to provide home care to pediatric patients. Our pediatric population ranges in ages from birth to 21 years of age.

New to home care? We offer training opportunities and the chance to shadow experienced nurses to gain the comfort level needed to provide optimal care.
