About the Role

As an RN or LPN at Holland Home, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care to our residents.

Responsibilities

• Providing direct nursing care in alignment with our mission
• Conducting assessments and administering medications
• Maintaining medication carts and following physician orders
• Supervising CNAs and other support staff
• Assisting physicians with evaluations and procedures
• Completing documentation accurately and timely
• Building trusting relationships with residents and families

Qualifications

• Active and valid Michigan RN or LPN license
• CPR certification required
• Experience in geriatric care preferred (supportive training provided)
• Basic computer skills for EMR documentation

2nd Shift (2:30pm – 11:00pm | 72 hrs/pay period)
Week 1: Tue, Wed, Thu, Sat
Week 2: Sun, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri

3rd Shift (6:30pm/10:30pm – 7am | 40hrs/pay period)
