RN/LPN Evening Shift Supervisor (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff during evening operations.
• Carefully coordinate resident care and ensure high-quality clinical outcomes.
• Aid in assessments, care planning, and resident care as needed.
• Promote compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care.
• Mentor and coach nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns with professionalism and compassion.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Louisiana.
• Previous leadership or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
