About the role

The Shift Supervisor supervises licensed nurses and other nursing personnel in the delivery of care during the assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor will manage the provision of care in accordance with company philosophy, standards of professional nursing practices, and all federal and state laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for residents.
  • Lead, teach, and mentor staff.
  • Use clinical knowledge to exceed the needs of residents, resident families, and staff.
  • Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care.

Requirements

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Indiana RN or LPN license or ability to obtain an Indiana license.
