RN & LPN

Human service agency serving the Southcoast community, including Greater Fall River, New Bedford, and Taunton areas. Residential Program supports medically involved individuals in 24-hour supported home environments located in Taunton and surrounding communities.

Pay

• LPN (Part/Full Time): $36.50/hour
• LPN (Per Diem): $32.00/hour
• RN (Part/Full Time): $43.50/hour
• RN (Per Diem): $40.00/hour
• LPN Weekend Warrior: $42.25/hour

Responsibilities

• Provide structured daily routine including house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, and facilitate family visitations
• Distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in Individual Service Plans
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as needed to maintain safety

Requirements

• Valid MA state LPN or RN license
• Qualifying criminal background check
• Valid driver’s license
• TB screening and Physical upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter
