About the role

The Residential Program is looking for compassionate LPN and RN professionals to work with medically involved individuals in a 24-hour supported home environment located in Taunton and surrounding communities. The LPN will provide premier services to the individuals in our care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitate family visitations, and distribute medication while maintaining human rights at all times.
• Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
• Use de-escalation and crisis management techniques as required to maintain the safety of others.

Requirements

• Valid MA state LPN or RN license.
• Qualifying criminal background check.
• Valid driver’s license.
• TB screening and Physical upon hire; TB update every two years thereafter.

Pay

• LPN Part/Full Time: $36.50/hour
• LPN Per Diem: $32.00/hour
• RN Part/Full Time: $43.50/hour
• RN Per Diem: $40.00/hour
• LPN Weekend Warrior: $42.25/hour
