Responsibilities
- Provide a structured routine that includes house meetings, individual outings, meal preparation, ADL care, facilitating family visitations, and distributing medication.
- Implement Positive Behavior Support and Individual programs as identified in the Individual Service Plans.
- Occasionally, de-escalate and manage crises to ensure the safety of others.
Requirements
- A valid MA state LPN or RN license.
- A qualifying criminal background check.
- A valid drivers license.
- A TB screening and physical exam upon hire, with a TB update every two years thereafter.

- RN Part/Full Time: $41.25 / Hourly
- RN Per Diem: $38.00 / Hourly
- LPN Part/Full Time: $34.75 / Hourly
- LPN Per Diem: $30.50 / Hourly
- LPN Weekend Warrior: $40.25 / Hourly
