RN , LPN
Rochester, MN | Full-Time | Daytime Outpatient Care
About the role
Love nursing, but ready for a different kind of nursing job? You became a nurse to care for people — not to spend every shift wondering what emergency, admission, call light, staffing shortage, or 12-hour day is coming next. At Limitless Male Medical Clinic, nursing looks different. Our Rochester team provides personalized outpatient men's health care in a welcoming, service-focused environment. You'll build relationships with patients, celebrate their progress, work alongside a close-knit clinical team, and actually have time to create an exceptional patient experience. No inpatient bedside nursing. No end-of-life care. No hospital floor.
Instead, you'll work with ambulatory patients who are choosing to invest in their health and want to feel better, perform better, and improve their quality of life.
What makes this role different?
This is a great opportunity for the nurse who still loves taking care of people but is ready for a more predictable, positive clinical environment. You'll enjoy:
- Predictable outpatient clinic hours
- A lower-acuity patient population
- One-on-one patient interaction and relationship building
- The opportunity to celebrate patient progress and positive outcomes
- A modern, growing area of healthcare
- A collaborative, close-knit clinic team
- A strong emphasis on patient experience and customer service
- The ability to use your clinical skills without the intensity of traditional bedside nursing
Responsibilities
You'll support our providers and patients throughout their visits, assist with treatments, administer medications as ordered, obtain vitals and clinical information, educate patients, maintain accurate documentation, and help keep the clinic running smoothly.
But there's another important part of this position: We want our patients to genuinely enjoy coming to see us. Our nurses help create that experience. You'll know your patients. You'll ask how they're doing. You'll celebrate their progress. You'll help answer questions and make them comfortable discussing health concerns that aren't always easy to talk about. Clinical excellence matters here — and so does exceptional service.
