RN or LPN Short Shifts - 6:30pm-10:30pm Oakland, Maryland Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN or LPN to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals at Dennett Rehab Center in Oakland, Maryland. As a vital part of our Skilled Nursing team, you will deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents. Responsibilities: Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards Follows the plan of care as developed by the RN staff nurse, MDS Coordinator(s), or RN members of the Nursing leadership team Observes safety policies and reports any safety concerns Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity Fulfills the role of charge nurse when assigned Supervise and support Geriatric Nursing Assistants (GNAs) in the delivery of care Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies Participate in quality assurance activities and staff meetings Requirements: Active LPN or RN license in Maryland Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred — new grads welcome!
