RN/LPN

We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide quality nursing care in a warm, home-like environment. Key Responsibilities Include Assessing, documenting, and communicating residents' health status accurately.Monitoring and reporting significant changes in resident behavior and health to relevant team members and authorities.Supervising and mentoring Resident Care Assistants and Lead Resident Care Assistants.Coordinating care with community providers through effective case management.Balancing service demands with supporting resident independence.Recognizing and reporting elder abuse, neglect, and exploitation per state regulations.Responding appropriately to emergencies and personal emergency systems. Qualifications Include Current state RN or LPN license and CPR certification.Graduation from an approved RN/LPN program per state requirements.1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, especially with elderly populations. Skills required: strong assessment, communication, supervision, and emergency response skills.
