About the role

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in Mondovi. Full-time PM/NOC 12-hour shifts are available.

Pay

New starting wages:

• RN: $35.00–$42.50 per hour, based on experience and shift
• LPN: $28.00–$33.50 per hour, based on experience and shift

Responsibilities

Essential Functions for RN

• Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans
• Document care delivery, conduct observations, administer medications, and provide treatments promptly and accurately
• Assume charge nurse duties when designated, including adjusting assignments and schedules to meet resident needs with appropriate use of personnel
• Assess and document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
• Make rounds with physicians and transcribe physician orders
• Assist in developing, revising, and reviewing resident care plans
• Evaluate staff observations
• Use equipment and supplies accurately and calmly
• Replace absent staff as necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of all resident information
• Project a positive image of the organization in interactions with residents, clients, co-workers, and the public
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Essential Functions for LPN

• Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans
• Document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately
• Provide direct resident care as needed
• Request RN assessment or consultation for residents showing a change of condition
• Use equipment and supplies accurately and calmly
• Assume charge nurse duties when assigned, including adjusting assignments and schedules to meet resident needs
• Under the direction of the RN, monitor and document health status of residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
• Participate in care planning and obtain needed interventions
• Replace absent staff when necessary
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and records
• Project a positive image of the organization in interactions with residents, clients, co-workers, and the public
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Transcribe physician orders
