About the role
We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our team in Mondovi. Full-time PM/NOC 12-hour shifts are available.
Pay
New starting wages:
- RN: $35.00–$42.50 per hour, based on experience and shift
- LPN: $28.00–$33.50 per hour, based on experience and shift

Responsibilities
Essential Functions for RN
- Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans
- Document care delivery, conduct observations, administer medications, and provide treatments promptly and accurately
- Assume charge nurse duties when designated, including adjusting assignments and schedules to meet resident needs with appropriate use of personnel
- Assess and document health status of all residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
- Make rounds with physicians and transcribe physician orders
- Assist in developing, revising, and reviewing resident care plans
- Evaluate staff observations
- Use equipment and supplies accurately and calmly
- Replace absent staff as necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of all resident information
- Project a positive image of the organization in interactions with residents, clients, co-workers, and the public
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Essential Functions for LPN
- Perform and document all basic technical and emergency nursing skills within the framework of licensure and as outlined on individual care plans
- Document care delivery observations, medications, and treatments promptly and accurately
- Provide direct resident care as needed
- Request RN assessment or consultation for residents showing a change of condition
- Use equipment and supplies accurately and calmly
- Assume charge nurse duties when assigned, including adjusting assignments and schedules to meet resident needs
- Under the direction of the RN, monitor and document health status of residents who are unstable or requiring intervention
- Participate in care planning and obtain needed interventions
- Replace absent staff when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information and records
- Project a positive image of the organization in interactions with residents, clients, co-workers, and the public
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Transcribe physician orders
