RN/LPN

Foremost at Sharon is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for full‑time and part‑time positions. All candidates must work every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide emotional support and assistance to residents and their families.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in MA.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long‑term care facility preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
