Responsibilities
- Administer medication and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Maintain resident health and communicate changes to providers and families
- Deliver compassionate, person-centered dementia care
- Work collaboratively with caregivers and leadership to ensure the highest quality of care
Qualifications
- Current RN or LPN license in good standing
- Experience in dementia care, assisted living, long-term care, or geriatrics is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Compassionate, dependable, and a strong team player
Compensation & Benefits
