RN / LPN - 3rd shift, Part time
About the Role
Holland Home of Grand Rapids, a 5-Star Skilled Nursing Facility, is one of Michigan's largest non-profit providers of senior living services. Responsibilities
- Delivers compassionate resident care in alignment with the mission of Holland Home
- Conducts assessments, administers medications, maintains the medication cart, and follows through with physician orders
- Provides guidance and supervision to CNAs and other assigned staff
- Assists physicians with evaluations and procedures as directed
- Ensures timely completion of all necessary documentation
- Establishes trusting relationships with residents and their families, offering emotional support and addressing any concerns that may arise
Open Positions Schedule
Position 1: Wk 1: Sun (12), Fri (12) | Wk 2: Sat (12) — Shift: 6:30pm - 7am | 36 hrs per pay period
Position 2: Wk 1: Fri, Sat (12) | Wk 2: Fri (12), Sat — Shift: 6:30pm - 10pm/7am | 40 hrs per pay period
Qualifications And Requirements
- A current and valid MI RN/LPN license is required
- Must be CPR certified
- Prior experience with geriatrics preferred but not required as there is a lot of support on the units
- Basic computer skills to chart in the EMR
