3RD SHIFT NURSE (LPN OR RN) FULL AND PART TIME

About the role

The Lodge at Rocky Mount is seeking a Staff Nurse to join their team of dedicated health care professionals. Applicants must hold an unrestricted RN or LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the care/services provided by CNAs and other staff.
• Care for residents on the unit, ensuring all assigned staff can provide appropriate care.
• Provide safe and accurate medication-related interventions to residents.
• Accurately transcribe and coordinate the implementation of physician orders.
• Perform nursing assessments regarding the health status of residents.
• Notify physicians of changes in status and promptly implement and document new orders.
• Develop a plan of care based on assessment, implementing nursing care.
• Select and institute appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize a resident's condition and prevent complications.
• Contribute to the resident’s assessment (MDS/CAA’s) and the development of a care plan.

Requirements

Applicant must have an unrestricted RN or LPN license.

Salary is commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Shifts are available for both full-time and part-time positions, including third shift.
