RN/LPN 3-11 Supervisor

About the Role

Regal Care in Greenfield, MA, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team as a 3-11 Supervisor, Monday through Friday with on-call responsibilities. In this critical role, you will oversee the evening shift, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of nursing staff on the 3-11 shift.
• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and respond to changes promptly.
• Ensure all nursing documentation is complete, accurate, and in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, treatments, and health management.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and departments to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to staff members.
• Assist in maintaining a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements

• Current and valid RN or LPN license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Previous nursing experience in a long-term care or healthcare setting preferred.
• Supervisory or leadership experience is highly desirable.
• Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess and respond to patient needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team of dedicated healthcare professionals.
• CPR/BLS certification required (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
