What You'll Do

• Provide and oversee quality resident care
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and state/federal regulations
• Assist with departmental planning and operations

Requirements

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Strong clinical and leadership skills
