About the role

Staff RN at Saint Elizabeth Home, a nonprofit 168‑bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in East Greenwich, RI. The position provides direct nursing care with a charge‑nurse dimension, collaborating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to residents.
• Monitor residents and respond promptly to changes in condition.
• Supervise daily nursing operations and guide/co‑coach staff.
• Build and update individualized care plans in partnership with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Perform charge‑nurse duties, including oversight of shift activities and staffing.

Requirements

• Active Rhode Island RN license.
• Leadership and supervisory ability (charge‑nurse responsibilities).
• Newer nurses with leadership aptitude are encouraged to apply; no minimum years of experience required.

Pay

Hourly rate: $42.50 – $50.50. Additional shift differentials: +$2/hr for evening shifts, +$5/hr for night shifts. An enhanced‑pay option is available for employees who opt out of benefits.

Schedule

• Full‑time or part‑time positions.
