RN Lead - Pediatric Emergency Center (Night Shift)

About the role

Lead and coordinate nursing care in a high-volume pediatric emergency setting, ensuring delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, mentor staff, and uphold patient safety standards while maintaining efficient unit operations and supporting staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing team and ensure adherence to protocols

Requirements

• BSN from an accredited school
• Valid RN license (Florida or Compact)
• Minimum 3 years of acute care RN experience
• BLS certification
• Willingness to obtain a pediatric specialty certification within one year
