About the role

This role is full-time 36 hours per week and rotational (days/nights, weekend shift requirements). This position will require mandatory call per West Penn CBA. Allegheny Health Network’s West Penn Hospital Labor & Delivery unit includes 15 Labor & Delivery beds, 6 Triage Rooms, 3 C-Section Operating Rooms, 4 PACU beds, and a 20‑bed antepartum unit, with nurses cross‑trained to work in all areas. West Penn Hospital holds four‑time Magnet® recognition, offers private patient rooms, free employee parking, and a generous benefit package for full‑time and part‑time staff. It is nationally recognized for burn care (the only pediatric burn center in western Pennsylvania verified by the American Burn Association and the American College of Surgeons) and ranked in the nation's top‑50 hospitals for OB‑GYN care by US News & World Report. Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
