13-week contract position in West Bloomfield, MI – 36 hours per week, three 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM). No block scheduling or on-call requirement.
About the role
The Registered Nurse (RN) provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care. The RN utilizes the nursing process—assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to provide, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education.
Responsibilities
- Communicate pertinent patient and family information effectively to the healthcare team.
- Participate in identifying solutions to variances from patient care goals and ensure implementation of appropriate solutions.
- Provide and coordinate professional nursing services.
- Develop and implement effective nursing care plans.
- Communicate professionally with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required.
- Labor & Delivery experience preferred/required for this specialty position.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred (BSN required per scheduling notes).
- Current Michigan RN License.
- BLS certification required.
- ACLS certification required.
- TNCC preferred.

Schedule
- 36 hours per week.
- Three 12-hour shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM.
