Role Overview
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Labor and Delivery unit, responsible for providing comprehensive obstetrical care in a fast-paced environment. The role involves caring for laboring patients, circulating in the OR, managing postpartum and OB triage cases, and supporting high-risk infants in a level 3 NICU.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to obstetric and neonatal patients.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective delivery processes.
- Monitor and respond to emergent obstetric conditions.
- Support high-risk postpartum care and neonatal needs.
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- California RN license.
- American Heart Association BLS certification.
- American Academy of Pediatrics NRP certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.
