Job Summary
This job is of a 12-hour shift, three days each week, with the shift schedule being from 17:45-06:15, totaling 36 hours per week.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
- Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience: 2 Years Required
- Education: ADN in Nursing Required
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Fetal Monitoring. Required
- Preferred Certifications: STABLE EMR: Cerner Scrubs: Any Scrub Color, Hospital Scrubs Available. Preferred
Certifications & Clearance Requirements
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
- Fetal Monitoring.
