Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate records of patient conditions and communicate as necessary.
- Coordinate care among various healthcare disciplines to ensure comprehensive patient support.
- Note and execute physician and nursing orders.
- Assess and manage patient discharge planning needs in collaboration with the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years required.
- Education: ADN in Nursing is required.
- Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Fetal Monitoring are required.
- PREFERRED: STABLE EMR: Cerner, Scrubs: Any Scrub Color, Hospital Scrubs Available.
Skills
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
- Fetal Monitoring.
