About the role
This position is an on-site Registered Nurse (RN) role in the Women and Infants department, providing direct patient care in units such as Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women’s Care, and NICU. The nurse utilizes evidence-based practices, collaborates within a multidisciplinary team, and models proficiency through precepting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care following top-of-scope nursing practices
- Support safety, quality, and clinical excellence at the point of care
- Participate in specialty education and validation of competencies
- Model professionalism and contribute to a positive clinical environment
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current RN licensure and relevant certifications such as NRP, BLS
- Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship program
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment
