RN L&D/NICU Night Shift

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality care in Women and Infants units, including Mother/Baby, Labor and Delivery, Women's Care, and NICU. Responsibilities: Deliver direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, prioritize patient wellness, model proficiency through precepting, and contribute to safety and quality standards. Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program, valid RN licensure, 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of a fellowship, NRP certification within 6 months, and BLS certification before start. Skills: Evidence-based practice, teamwork, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to patient-centered care. Key Duties: Provide evidence-based, top-of-scope nursing care, support specialty education, and uphold clinical standards aligned with AWHONN and AACN guidelines.
