Responsibilities

• Collaborate with direct manager to develop and implement patient care plans
• Participate in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives
• Provide clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN)
• Registered Nurse
• Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree

Qualifications

• Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of [State]
• Current BLS certification

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices
