Responsibilities
- Collaborate with direct manager to develop and implement patient care plans
- Participate in hospital councils and national nursing initiatives
- Provide clinical expertise to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date (RN)
- Registered Nurse
- Registered Nurse Diploma, or Associate Degree
Qualifications
- Current licensure to practice as a registered nurse in the state of [State]
- Current BLS certification
Skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of rehabilitation nursing practices
