RN III - Float (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care.
• Provide professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, overseeing and guiding staff under their supervision.
• Demonstrate Service Excellence at all times.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing school; BSN preferred.
• Two years of acute care experience or successful completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months of hire.
• Current RN license in Nevada.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by department.
• Approved Crisis Management Course.
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments.
• Willingness to float to multiple facilities.
