Role Overview

Provides safe, competent nursing care aligned with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. Offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team while overseeing staff under supervision. Demonstrates Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred
• Minimum two years of acute care experience or successful completion of a specialty course within six months of hire
• Current RN license in Nevada
• Valid BLS certification; ACLS, PALS, or NRP as required by department
• Completion of approved Crisis Management Course
• Ability to pass pre-employment assessments
• Willingness to float to multiple facilities as needed
