RN III - Float (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

The role involves providing safe, competent nursing care in accordance with facility policies and standards, emphasizing Patient Centered Care. The nurse offers professional leadership and support to the healthcare team, supervising staff members under their direction, and demonstrating Service Excellence standards consistently.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program; BSN preferred
• Two years of acute care experience or completion of an approved specialty course within 6 months
• Current RN license in Nevada, BLS certification, and relevant advanced certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP) as required by department
• Successful completion of pre-employment assessments
• Willingness to float to multiple facilities as needed
