RN II L&D - Full Time - Nights - 12hrs QVH

Job Summary

The Staff RN is responsible for caring for a group of patients, preparing them for surgery, providing post anesthesia care, conducting medical screenings, assessing patients during labor, delivery, and postpartum, and newborn assessments. This role also involves coordinating and implementing care plans for high-risk ante partum patients, ensuring quality care is provided efficiently and safely.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Experience Requirement: Completion of Emanate Health R.N. New Grad Program, one year of L&D experience preferred.
• License Requirement: Current RN license in California, BLS certification, ACLS and Advanced NRP within 90 days of hire/transfer, AWOHNN Advanced Fetal monitoring within 90 days of hire for experienced RNs, and 1 hour of Stroke Education annually.
